What material to share in team reflection and manualization?

14th January 2011

1. Helpful material

Existing material from the manual that speaks to the IMP about where he or she is presently at in respect of the work, or that has been experienced as particularly helpful (this is an exercise in co-teaching - an AutoDidact function for the team.)

2. Incorrect material

An existing thought that appears wrong, inappropriate for the specific working practices or circumstances of this team's practice, or has been overtaken by new evidence and therefore needs updating/improving.

3. Suggestions for new material

New material that would add something to the effectiveness of the team's work tasks. It is not proposed that whole new interventions should be added, but rather that clinical or management situations that are particularly relevant to the work and experience of this team are documented, with Links and Tags to relate this to relevant material already existing in the manual. See Customising your local TeamTemplate for further detail on this.
