This tag collects all medications that the young person is being prescribed by his or her doctor.

To add Prescribed medication to case notes:

Go to Make or View Client Notes and look under the heading "CLINICAL CONTACT NOTES (Ongoing work - Sessions, Meetings, etc)."

Record the following details about medication:

• What is the name of the drug?
• The Dose
• How often is it taken?
• What is it for?
• What form does it take (puffers? tablets? syrup? etc)
• Are there any important warnings or signs to watch out for, such as known side-effects (check with the doctor if this hasn't been made clear.)
• Is there any requirement for monitoring (blood tests, etc) while taking this medication?
