| and a drop-down menu appears, listing existing tasks - select the bottom item in this menu ("Create new tiddler as a sub-topic") to generate a new page (
Tiddler) that is already tagged as a local manualization task. Give it a title, and put a few notes in the content section to say what is required. Click done - you have a new task!
