Full-time assessment for child commences.

• Progress through the below stages if the conditions are met
• PCLP reevaluated every 6 weeks
• AFNCCF consultation and supervision available to all families and TFS staff

Stage One: Assessment 6 weeks

Stage Two: Coping and developing 12-24 weeks

Stage Three: Thriving and preparing for transition 6-12 weeks

Stage Four: Transition

• Following Stage Four there is a 3 month review
• If ready for discharge then exit
• If not, further review until ready for discharge then exit
